Boardsports, Inc. sells and ships products to end user customers only.
 
We will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.
 
Payment Policy

Credit Card

 
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JBL, and Discover cards.
 
Debit cards and check cards with daily spending limits may substantially delay the processing of your order. Payment via alternate services such as PayPal or Google Checkout may not be affected by this limitation.  See below for more details of these services.  For questions on other payment alternatives, please feel free to call us at (541) 485-2588.
 
At the time your order is placed, Boardsports, Inc. obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order.  Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.
 
PayPal
 
We accept PayPal payment for all standard orders.  If you use this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal page until your order has been verified and processed, then you will be returned to the payment page on our website.
 
Google Checkout
 
We accept payment for orders using Google Checkout.  If you use this option at checkout, you will be directed to the Google Checkout page until your order has been verified and processed, then you will be returned to the payment page on our website.


Pricing Policy
 
Boardsports, Inc. strives to offer you competitive prices on our product that is offered. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any shipping charges. We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time.


 

Returns & Replacements
 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-(541)-484-2588, or email at info@myboardsports.com  to acquire a Return Authorization number (RA#) to be written clearly on the outside of the box to help us identify this return once it arrives.  Return requests must be made within 30 business days of the receipt of the product.

All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and registration forms that shipped with the product and all original tags attached.  If the product is returned appropriately in this condition, we will be glad to exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

If your order qualified for the ‘Free Shipping’ option, and you choose to return the item(s), then the final refunded amount will be less the actual shipping costs Boardsports, Inc. incurred.

Please note that we do not permit the return of or offer refunds for products that are custom configured to your specifications (i.e.: skate decks that are gripped or bearings that are installed in wheels).

We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to Boardsports, Inc. or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.  Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

 
NON-BOARDSPORTS, INC. BRANDED/THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

 

Products sold through this web site that do not bear the Boardsports, Inc. brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with their terms and conditions packaged with the products.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. If you need assistance with your process, please feel free to email us at the following address info@myboardsports.com.


Viewing Orders
 
You can easily view your orders on your account dashboard.  Look to the left of the page and click on ‘My Orders’ to review the status.

 


  
Updating Account Information
 
All of your account information is available to you on your Account Dashboard. You can change your login information, address details and newsletter subscriptions at any time. Additionally, you can view your orders, your wishlist and your product reviews.
