May or may not kill vampires.  The Burton Medium Spike Mat is a great stomp pad for your snowboard.  Why? You may ask.  Well, for one, no one likes that feeling when they are getting off of the chairlift of sliding down the slope, and slipping and falling.  Some of those slopes are really steep!  Some are really icy!  Any stomp pad will help give you traction, but this one has metal, rounded spikes which are embedded under the molded, rubbery material.  So, they will never pop out on you. This stomp pad is also clear in color, so it will not ruin that awesome graphic on the top of your board.
